D7690 Four Way Test Speech Contest


This opportunity is open for high school students in grades 9 through 12 to develop their public speaking and leadership skills while increasing their awareness of Rotary in our communities.  High school speech contestants are asked to present a six-minute persuasive talk, directed toward their peers, to promote high, ethical standards in daily life.  The speech should clearly mention the application of Rotary’s Four Way Test to facilitate positive and ethical behavior in he Rotary theme for the current year should be incorporated into the speech. 

Local speech competition will be held on the first Monday in February and speeches are due the Friday before. Please contact Polly Long with any questions at 336-325-9722 and send speeches to plong@mtairy.k12.nc.us at Mt. Airy City Schools.
